Well it has finally arrived! The old Plaines Hotel is coming down to make way for the Capital Pointe Hotel and Condo building. Despite the drama and delays this will be a terrific addition to Regina's Downtown.

CAPITAL POINTE DEPOSIT RETURN

Looks like the new developers of the Capital Pointe project in Downtown Regina Saskatchewan are doing the right thing. BrightStar Corporation is returning deposit money to any buyers that signed up when the project was initially launched.

It's quickly becoming an eyesore on the corner of Victoria and Albert in Downtown Regina Saskatchewan, but is there new life in the stalled Capital Pointe Hotel/Condo development? There is word from the developer that the demolition is set to begin... we've heard that before! Will it be this month?
