A quick reveal for you on the final results of operation popcorn. It started with scraping the old popcorn stipple off the ceilings. Well it has finally arrived! The old Plaines Hotel is coming down to make way for the Capital Pointe Hotel and Condo building. Despite the drama and delays this will be a terrific addition to Regina's Downtown.
