The Regina region saw another week of slightly soft sales for the week ending March 12. There were 66 Firm Sales compared to 58 the year prior, a decrease of 13.8 percent. Had a superb lunch down at the Novia Cafe in Downtown Regina today. It's really sad the restaurant is struggling to survive. It's ironic that one of the best projects to hit Regina in decades could take out a city landmark.

For Week Ending March 5, 2011

New Listings in the Regina region were down 6.3 percent from the same week last year, as 133 homes were added to the market. Firm sales were down by 10.1 percent from 69 sales in 2010 to 62 sales this year. Looking at a three-month total, sales were down just 2.8 percent.
