For Week Ending February 26, 2011
Activity in the region was down compared to the previous year, as New Listings dropped 15.0 percent to 102 homes added to the market. Firm Sales were down by 29.2 percent with 68 contracts written. Inventory has been following close to the same pattern as last year and was off by just 2.4 percent with 1,078 Active Listings for Sale at the end of the week.

For Week Ending February 19, 2011
New Listings were up 33.7 percent over the same week last year, as 135 homes were added to the market. That represented 34 additional properties over last year. Firm Sales also saw a jump in activity, up by 24.5 percent with 66 sales – or 13 more sales than last year.

New Listings remained just behind last year's levels for the second week in a row, with 115 homes added to the market – a decrease of 8.7 percent. There were 59 Firm Sales recorded, which represented a decrease of 7.8 percent.
